1. Shipping fee is calculated automatically according to the items in your shopping cart, you can estimate your shipping fee any time if you want by going into your shopping cart and click the button 

2. We paint on order and then ship via EMS, UPS, DHL or TNT. The whole process of painting, drying normally takes about 15 BUSINESS days and the shipping process normally takes about 7 days. So the package usually arrives to your door in about 25 days after we receive your payment. More artists will paint at the same time for combined items, so the time needed is almost the same as that of one item. If you buy more than 10 paintings once, please allow 5 more days;

3. All of our paintings are professionally packed with great care to ensure safe delivery;

4. Tracking number will be emailed to you after we ship out your package and it is trackable online.
